摘 要:为了研究不耦合系数和孔间距对光面爆破效果的影响,通过制作混凝土模型进行不同耦合系数和孔间距条件下的爆破试验,对爆后模型的根底残留和平整度进行分析,并利用有限元软件ANSYS/LS-DYNA对爆破损伤过程进行模拟。结果表明:在不耦合系数为2.67,孔间距8 cm时爆破效果最好;不耦合系数为2.00、2.67、3.33情况下的装药孔周围损伤面积之比为1.25∶1.14∶1;炮孔间距减少2 cm,在空孔处的压应力增加1.6倍,拉应力增加1.4倍,通过减少孔间距可以有效提高空孔的定向致裂作用。研究结果对工程应用具有较好的指导意义。In order to study the influence of uncoupling coefficient and hole spacing on smooth blasting effect, blasting tests under different coupling coefficient and hole spacing were carried out on concrete model, and the residual and flatness of the model after blasting were analyzed. The blasting damage process was simulated by finite element software ANSYS/LS-DYNA. The results show that the blasting effect is best when the uncoupling coefficient is 2.67 and the hole spacing is 8 cm. When the uncoupling coefficient is 2.00, 2.67 and 3.33, the ratio of damage area around charge hole is 1.25∶1.14∶1. When the hole spacing is reduced by 2 cm, the compressive stress and tensile stress at the empty hole increase by 1.6 times and 1.4 times respectively. The directional cracking effect of the empty hole can be effectively improved by reducing hole spacing. The research results have a good guiding significance for engineering application.
