摘  要:为了更好地研究采场爆破振动对周边尾矿库的稳定性影响,采用对尾矿库区进行地质调研、采场生产工艺及爆破参数调查和爆破振动监测等手段,通过对监测信号的质点峰值振动速度、频谱分布特征进行分析和对基于GeoStudio的尾矿坝稳定性进行模拟,分别从振动强度、频谱成分能量和稳定性安全系数研究采区爆破振动效应对尾矿坝的影响。结果表明,尾矿坝处爆破振动信号的主频段在5.7~30.6 Hz,主频段成分能量随着距离的增大而减小,尾矿坝稳定性模拟分析证明爆破振动对尾矿坝整体结构稳定性造成的影响很小;采用线性拟合得到该采区地质条件和爆破开采条件下萨道夫斯基公式的K、α分别是81.348和1.153,并结合采区爆破作业条件对最大一段起爆药量和最小爆破安全距离进行了分析推算,对爆破振动作用下的尾矿坝安全控制进一步分析与评价,并对此提出一些行之有效的对策措施。In order to better study the influence of blasting vibration in mining area on the stability of the surrounding tailings dam, the geological investigation, stope production technology and blasting parameter investigation and blasting vibration monitoring of the tailings reservoir area were carried out. The peak particle vibration velocity and spectrum distribution characteristics of the monitoring signal were analyzed and the stability of the tailings dam based on GeoStudio was simulated. The influence of blasting vibration effect on the tailings dam was studied from the aspects of vibration intensity, spectrum component energy and stability safety factor. The results show that the main frequency band of the blasting vibration signal at the tailings dam is in the range of 5.7~30.6 Hz, the component energy of the main frequency band decreases with the increase of distance. The simulation analysis of the stability of the tailings dam proves that the blasting vibration has little effect on the overall structural stability of the tailings dam. The K and α of the Sadov’s vibration formula under the geological conditions and blasting mining conditions of the mining area is 81.348 and 1.153, respectively, by linear fitting. Combined with the blasting operation conditions of the mining area, the maximum one-stage initiation charge and the minimum blasting safety distance are calculated. The safety control of tailings dam under blasting vibration is further analyzed and evaluated, and some effective countermeasures are put forward.
