齐溪水库节水型灌区的建设与思考

摘　　要：节水型灌区建设能够大大提高输水效率和水资源利用率,节约灌溉用水,改善农业生产条件。浙江省齐溪水库中型灌区大力发展节水灌溉,进行农业标准化管理,并推进农业水价综合改革,有效促进了农业节水。在总结经验基础上,结合当地实际提出齐溪水库中型灌区应进行现代化改造,创建标准化灌区并推广节水灌溉技术的意见建议。Construction of water-saving irrigation districts shall greatly increase the efficiency of water delivery and utilization,save irrigated water and improve agricultural production conditions.In the mediumsized irrigation districts of the Qixi Reservoir in Zhejiang Province,water-saving irrigation has been developed.Thanks to agricultural standardization management,it shall promote comprehensive reform of agricultural water pricing system and water conservation.With summary of experience and taking local condition into consideration,it is suggested to modernize the medium-sized irrigation districts of the Qixi Reservoir area,standardize irrigation area and popularize water-saving irrigation technologies.
