摘 要:为筛选有效提高油菜抗旱性的最适生长调节剂组合,本试验以沣油823为材料,通过PEG模拟干旱胁迫,并施用不同生长调节剂组合,研究不同生长调节剂组合对油菜种子萌发及幼苗抗旱性的影响。结果表明,10μmol/L脱落酸+0.5μmol/L 5-氨基乙酰丙酸处理不仅可以有效提高油菜成苗率,还可大大缓解干旱对幼苗主根长、株高及生物量的影响。由此表明,喷施10μmol/L脱落酸+0.5μmol/L 5-氨基乙酰丙酸可有效提高油菜的成苗率及油菜幼苗的抗旱性。In order to screening the most suitable growth regulator combinations for effectively improving drought resistance of rape,this paper used Fengyou 823 as material to simulate drought stress through PEG,applied different growth regulator combinations,and studied the effects of different growth regulator combinations on seed germination and seedling drought resistance of rape.The results showed that the treatment of 10μmol/L ABA+0.5μmol/L 5-ALA could not only effectively improve the seedling rate of rape,but also greatly alleviate the effects of drought on mainroot length,plant height and biomass of seedlings.It indicated that spraying 10μmol/L ABA+0.5μmol/L 5-ALA could effectively improve the seedling rate of rape and drought resistance of rape seedling.
