摘　　要：数字征信的发展有助于降低授信成本和风险,纾解小微企业融资难融资贵问题,提升小微金融服务质量。基于全国首个小微企业数字征信实验区168家样本小微企业的问卷调查,探析数字征信服务小微企业融资的特征事实和作用机理。为充分发挥数字征信的赋能作用,全方位服务小微企业融资和实体经济高质量发展,针对性地提出完善数字征信服务小微企业融资法律法规,深化金融科技创新监管;加大数字技术融合应用,探索构建数字征信“元宇宙”;加快小微企业数字化转型,提升运用数字征信融资能力等政策建议。The development of digital credit can help reduce the cost and risk of granting credit,alleviate the problem of difficult and expensive financing for small and micro enterprises,and improve the quality of small and micro financial services.Based on the questionnaire survey of 168 sample small and micro enterprises in the first small and micro enterprise digital credit experimental zone in China,this paper explores the characteristic facts and mechanism of digital credit service for small and micro enterprise’financing.In order to give full play to the empowering role of digital credit and provide comprehensive services for the financing of small and micro enterprises and the high-quality development of the real economy,we propose to improve the laws and regulations on digital credit services for financing small and micro enterprises,deepen the supervision of financial technology innovation,increase the integration and application of digital technology and explore the construction of a digital credit“metaverse”,accelerate the digital transformation of small and micro enterprises and enhance the ability to use digital credit financing,etc.
