摘  要:在熟料水泥生产线中,生产负荷主要为电动机和变压器,均属于感性负荷,在运行过程中,功率因数较低,导致线路电流大,电压损耗高,变压器利用率低。在电网中安装无功补偿装置后,可以提供感性负载所消耗的无功功率,降低线路电流,提高终端设备电压和变压器利用率,降低能耗。我公司采用高压集中补偿、低压分组补偿和就地补偿的综合分级补偿方法,较好地应用了无功补偿装置。本文针对无功电容补偿装置,在水泥企业应用中遇到的故障问题进行了分析,并提出了对应的改造方法。通过实际验证,改造效果较好。In the clinker cement production line,the production load is mainly motor and transformer,both of which are inductive loads.During operation,the power factor is low,resulting in high line current,high voltage loss and low transformer utilization.After installing reactive power compensation device in the power grid,it can provide reactive power consumed by inductive load,reduce line current,improve terminal equipment voltage and transformer utilization,and reduce energy consumption.Our company uses the comprehensive hierarchical compensation method of high-voltage centralized compensation,low-voltage group compensation and local compensation to better apply the reactive power compensation device.In this paper,the fault problems of the reactive capacitor compensation device in the application of cement enterprises are analyzed,and the corresponding transformation methods are proposed.Through practical verification,the transformation effect is good.
