摘  要:通过分析高压并联电抗器油箱表面振动加速度信号可以得到电抗器内部机械状态信息,从而有利于避免电抗器事故的发生。本文针对一台500 kV油浸式铁心电抗器搭建了振动实验平台,首先对油箱表面均匀分布测点的振动加速度信号进行相位校准并获取运行变形振型(ODS)图像,通过升压实验分析了电抗器表面振型分布与电压之间的关系,借助灰度共生矩阵提取电抗器在不同机械状态下的ODS图像纹理特征并进行对比分析。研究结果表明:运行电压下电抗器ODS分布不变,当绕组发生松动时,电抗器表面ODS图像的纹理特征发生变化,其灰度共生矩阵的能量增大,相关性减小,逆差距增大,从而验证了本文绕组松动识别方法的有效性,为高压并联电抗器故障诊断提供了参考。By analyzing the vibration acceleration signal of the oil tank surface of high voltage shunt reactor,the internal mechanical state information of the reactor can be obtained,which is helpful to avoid the occurrence of reactor accidents.In this paper,a vibration test platform is built for a 500 kV oil immersed iron core reactor.Firstly,the phase of the vibration acceleration signal of the measuring points evenly distributed on the surface of the oil tank is calibrated,and the operating deformation shapes(ODS)image is obtained.The relationship between the vibration mode distribution on the surface of the reactor and the voltage is analyzed through the boost test.With the help of gray level co-occurrence matrix,the texture features of ODS image of reactor in different mechanical states are extracted and compared.The results show that the ODS distribution of the reactor remains unchanged under the operating voltage.When the winding is loose,the texture characteristics of the ODS image on the reactor surface change,and the energy of the gray level co-occurrence matrix increases,the correlation decreases and the inverse gap increases,which verifies the effectiveness of the winding loose identification method in this paper and provides a reference for the fault diagnosis of high voltage shunt reactor.
