ABC情绪护理结合健康教育在弱精症男性不育患者中的应用及对心理状态、生理知识掌握评分及精液质量的影响

摘　　要：目的分析予以弱精症男性不育患者ABC情绪护理结合健康教育干预对其心理状态及生理健康知识掌握情况的影响。方法选取本院在2019年7月至2021年7月收治的74例弱精症男性不育患者为研究对象;依据随机数字表形式将其1/1分为2组,对照组采取常规护理措施,观察组则采取ABC情绪护理结合健康教育干预;对比不同护理措施实施下,两组患者心理健康程度、生理知识认知情况及精液质量。结果(1)对比两组患者心理健康程度[SAS/SDS评分],护理前无差异(P>0.05);护理后,观察组均低于对照组(t=4.756/4.141,均P<0.05)。(2)对比两组患者生理知识认知评分[男性解剖生理知识、常用助孕方式、自然受孕尝试意愿、性生活满意程度、对生育力影响的因素、总计],观察组均高于对照组(t=12.141/12.442/14.656/15.820/16.709/33.554,均P<0.05)。(3)对比两组精液质量[精液量、精子浓度],精液量护理前后对比均无差异(P>0.05);精子浓度护理前无差异(P>0.05),护理后观察组高于对照组(t=4.880,P<0.05)。结论予以弱精症男性不育患者ABC情绪护理+健康教育干预可改善患者负性心理,提升其生理知识掌握程度及精子浓度,具有推广价值。Objective To analyze the influence of ABC emotional care combined with health education intervention on their mental state and physical health knowledge mastery.Methods Select 74 male infertile patients with weak sperm admitted from July 2019 to July 2021.divide 1/1 into 2 groups according to random digital table.The control group took routine nursing measures and the observation group adopted ABC emotional care and health education intervention.The psychological health,physiological knowledge cognition and semen quality of the two groups of patients were compared under the implementation of different nursing measures.Results(1)Comparing the mental health[SAS/SDS score]between the two groups,there was no difference before nursing(P>0.05);after nursing,the observation group was lower than the control group(t=4.756/4.141,both P<0.05).(2)Comparing the cognitive scores of physiological knowledge between the two groups[male anatomy and physiology knowledge,commonly used methods of assisted pregnancy,willingness to try to conceive naturally,degree of satisfaction with sexual life,factors affecting fertility,total],the observation group was higher than the control group(t=12.141/12.442/14.656/15.820/16.709/33.554,all P<0.05).(3)Compared the semen quality[sperm volume,sperm concentration]between the two groups,there was no difference in semen volume before and after nursing(P>0.05);there was no difference in sperm concentration before nursing(P>0.05),after nursing,the observation group was higher than the control group(t=4.880,P<0.05).Conclusion ABC emotional nursing+health education intervention for male infertility patients with asthenozoospermia can improve the negative psychology of patients,improve their mastery of physiological knowledge and sperm concentration,and has promotion value.
