摘 要:以5个草莓品种为试验材料,采用盆栽基质栽培方式,采用含盐量为3 g/L的咸水滴灌进行盐胁迫处理,以淡水为对照,对植株生长指标和果实品质进行研究,并进行主成分分析和综合得分排序。结果表明,咸水胁迫下,“圣诞红”和“白雪公主”的株高和叶面积较对照增加,而“湘野”的株高和叶面积较对照降低,差异达显著水平;咸水胁迫下“圣诞红”和“白雪公主”的含水量和相对电导率与对照比较差异较小,而“湘野”较对照增加;咸水处理下各品种的叶绿素含量均较对照增加,且除“章姬”外差异均达显著水平;咸水胁迫下各品种的可溶性糖和可滴定酸含量均较对照增加,其中“章姬”与对照差异显著;除“圣诞红”的单果重高于对照外,其他品种单果重均有所降低。综合评价结果表明,“圣诞红”和“白雪公主”耐盐性较好。Five strawberry varieties were used as test materials to study plant growth indicators and fruit quality using potted substrate cultivation methods.And principal component analysis and comprehensive score ranking were used to analyze and evaluate the fruit quality of different cultivars.The salt water drip irrigation with a salt content of 3 g/L was used as the salt stress treatment,and fresh water was used as the control.The results showed that the plant height and leaf area of‘Christmas Red’and‘Snow White’increased compared with the control,while the plant height and leaf area of‘Xiang Ye’decreased compared with the control under salt water stress;the water content and relative conductivity of‘Christmas Red’and‘Snow White’were small compared with the control,but‘Xiang Ye’had an increase compared with the control;the chlorophyll content of each variety increased compared with the control,and the difference reached a significant level except‘Zhang Ji’under salt stress;the soluble sugar and titratable acid content of each variety under salt water stress increased compared with the control,among which‘Zhang Ji’was significantly different from the control;the fruit weight of other varieties decreased under salt stress except‘Christmas Red’.The comprehensive evaluation results showed that the‘Christmas Red’and‘Snow White’were tolerance to salt.
