摘　　要：[目的]研究MC1R、Agouti和MITF基因在不同毛色新疆山羊皮肤组织中的差异表达,为确定其与新疆山羊毛色形成的相关性提供依据。[方法]采用实时荧光定量PCR技术,检测3种不同毛色(白色、褐色、黑色)新疆山羊皮肤组织中MC1R、Agouti和MITF基因mRNA的表达差异。[结果]MC1R、Agouti及MITF基因mRNA在不同毛色新疆山羊皮肤组织中均有表达;MC1R、MITF基因mRNA在黑色新疆山羊皮肤组织中的表达量高于褐色和白色新疆山羊(P>0.05),Agouti基因mRNA在白色新疆山羊皮肤组织中的表达量显著高于褐色和黑色新疆山羊(P<0.05)。[结论]MC1R、Agouti和MITF基因对新疆山羊毛色形成有一定影响,为今后新疆山羊毛色选育与品种改良提供了参考。[Objective]To study the differential expression of MC1R,Agouti and MITF genes in the skin tissues of Xinjiang goats with different coat color,and provided basis for determining the correlation between the above genes and the color formation of Xinjiang goats.[Method]By using real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR,the mRNA expression differences of MC1R,Agouti and MITF genes in the skin tissues of Xinjiang goats with different coat color(white,brown,black)were detected.[Result]mRNA of MC1R,Agouti and MITF were expressed in the skin tissues of Xinjiang goats with different coat color.The mRNA expression quantity of MC1R and MITF genes in the skin tissues of black Xinjiang goats were higher than those in brown and white goats(P>0.05),the mRNA expression quantity of Agouti in the skin tissues of white Xinjiang goats was significantly higher than that in brown and black Xinjiang goats(P<0.05).[Conclusion]MC1R,Agouti and MITF genes had some effects on the coat color formation of Xinjiang goats,which provided references for coat color breeding and variety improvement of Xinjiang goats in future.
