摘 要:为推行绿色农业发展、改良传统草莓种植现状,以“红颜”草莓为试材,研究竹纤维菌肥和有机肥不同配比对草莓苗生长及土壤速效养分的影响。结果表明,增加菌肥对叶片SPAD值、叶片氮含量的改善效果(14.66%、478.91%)显著大于增加有机肥的改善效果(12.16%、-53.48%),相关性分析进一步证实SPAD值和叶片氮含量存在极显著相关性,对比T_(1)和T_(3)、T_(1)和T_(4)发现,菌肥和有机肥配比的改变均对POD活性具有改善效果,但菌肥配比的变化对POD活性的影响显著大于有机肥对POD活性的促进效果;对草莓根系活力、根长及初生根数量等的测定发现,T_(2)组根系活力平均增量0.1994μg/(mg·h)是CK的2.08倍,对比T_(1)和T_(3)、T_(1)和T_(4)发现,T_(3)、T_(4)组根系活力增量较T_(1)相比分别提升了1.15、1.17倍,表明无论增加有机肥还是菌肥的量对草莓生长指标及根系活力均具有显著促进作用;通过对土壤中氮、磷、钾的动态监测,对比T_(2)和T_(3)、T_(2)和T_(4)发现,土壤铵态氮、有效磷、速效钾含量相对多增长61.20%、49.61%,27.82%、-4.90%,23.53%、1.30%,达显著差异水平(P<0.05)。综上,竹纤维菌肥和有机肥配施在改善草莓生长状况及土壤速效养分上均具显著功效,但竹纤维菌肥对草莓的整体促进效果较为显著。In order to promote the development of green agriculture and improve the status quo of traditional strawberry planting,this experiment used"Hongyan"strawberry as the test material,and the effects of bamboo fiber fungus fertilizer and organic fertilizer on strawberry seedling growth and soil available nutrients were explored according to different ratios.The results showed that the improvement effect of increasing bacterial fertilizer on leaf SPAD value and leaf nitrogen content(14.66%and 478.91%)was significantly greater than that of increasing organic fertilizer(12.16%and-53.48%),and the correlation analysis further confirmed that there was a significant correlation between SPAD value and leaf nitrogen content,and compared with T_(1) T_(3) and T_(1) T_(4),it was found that the change of the ratio of bacterial fertilizer and organic fertilizer had an improving effect on POD activity.However,the effect of the change of bacterial fertilizer ratio on POD activity was significantly greater than that of organic fertilizer on POD activity.The determination of root viability,root length and number of primary roots in strawberry showed that the average increase of root activity in the T_(2) group was 0.1994μg/(mg·h)which was 2.08 times that of CK,and compared with T_(1) T_(3) and T_(1) T_(4),it was found that the increase of root activity in T_(3) and T_(4) groups was 1.15 times and 1.17 times higher than that of T_(1),respectively,indicating that increasing the amount of organic fertilizer or bacterial fertilizer had a significant promoting effect on the growth index and root viability value of strawberry.Through the dynamic monitoring of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium in soil,compared with T_(2) T_(3) and T_(2) T_(4),it was found that the contents of soil ammonium nitrogen,available phosphorus and available potassium increased by 61.20%,49.61%,27.82%,-4.90%,23.53%and 1.30%,reaching significant difference level(P<0.05).In summary,the combination of bamboo fiber fertilizer and organic fertilizer had significant effe
