摘 要:面对复杂多变的国内外环境,必须依托技术创新确保粮食安全和粮食产业稳步发展。利用大为innojoy和incoPat专利数据库,对湖北省粮食专利申请趋势、技术领域分布、专利申请人、专利法律状态和专利运营等信息进行分析。研究表明,湖北省粮食专利申请量逐年上升,技术领域集中在粮食储藏、运输、加工和检测环节,企业和高校是粮食技术创新的主体,专利法律状态以授权、未缴年费、撤回和实审为主,近年粮食技术交易比较活跃。最后,从创新投入、研发方向、产学研合作和成果转化等方面提出促进湖北省粮食技术创新的建议。In the face of complex and changeable domestic and international environment,it is necessary to rely on technological innovation to ensure food security and steady development of grain industry.The trend of grain patent applications,technology field distribution,patent applicants,patent legal status and patent operation in Hubei Province was analyzed based on the patent information from DAWEI innojoy and incoPat patent database.The research showed that the number of grain patent applications in Hubei Province was increasing year by year,and the technological fields were concentrated in grain storage,transportation,processing and testing.Enterprises and universities were the main body of grain technological innovation.The legal status of patent was mainly authorization,unpaid annual fee,withdrawal and actual examination.Finally,suggestions on promoting grain technological innovation in Hubei Province were put forward from the aspects of innovation input,research direction,industry-university cooperation and achievement transformation.
