吕梁山区耕地抛荒现象及其主要原因调查研究

摘　　要：近年来,吕梁山区出现了大面积的耕地抛荒现象,直接阻碍了当地土地利用和农民增收,因此耕地抛荒问题已经成为吕梁山区迫切要解决的问题,尤其是在乡村振兴背景下,更应该充分利用乡村的土地资源提高农民收入。利用文献综述法和问卷调查法等方法研究了吕梁山区耕地抛荒现象及其主要原因,并提出了具有可行性的对策。研究发现吕梁山区耕地抛荒的主要原因有以下3点:一是外出务工比在家务农收入高;二是农业生产条件限制导致的耕地抛荒;三是土地流转机制不健全。解决吕梁山区耕地抛荒问题的对策主要有积极引导农村土地流转;完善农业政策补贴制度;发展特色农业,提高农民收益。In recent years,there has been a large area of cultivated land abandonment in Lüliang Mountain area,which directly hinders the local land use and farmers’income.Therefore,the problem of cultivated land abandonment has become an urgent problem to be solved in Lüliang Mountain area,especially in the context of rural revitalization,we should make full use of rural land resources to improve farmers’income.This paper studies the phenomenon and main causes of cultivated land abandonment in Lüliang Mountain Area by using the methods of literature review and questionnaire,and puts forward feasible countermeasures.The study found that the main reasons for the abandonment of cultivated land in Lüliang Mountain area are as follows:First,the income of migrant workers is higher than that of domestic farmers;the second is the abandonment of cultivated land caused by the restriction of agricultural production conditions;third,the land circulation mechanism is not perfect.The countermeasures to solve the problem of farmland abandonment in Lüliang Mountain area are mainly to actively guide the circulation of rural land;improve the agricultural policy subsidy system;develop characteristic agriculture and improve farmers’income.
