摘 要:城镇用水量的不断增加,导致污水厂处理规模逐渐扩大,污泥产量随之骤增。城市污水处理厂的污泥不仅含水量高,而且富集了大量的有机污染物和有毒金属,如处理不当极易造成二次污染。污泥脱水是减轻污泥运输和处置负担的关键步骤,然而污泥中亲水性胞外聚合物的存在,使得常规的机械脱水难以达到后续处置对于含水率的要求。基于此,本文综述了几种国内外常用的污泥预处理技术,包括物理预处理、化学预处理及生物预处理,并对各预处理技术脱水机制、脱水效果及优缺点进行介绍。最后分析了单一预处理在实际工程中可能存在的问题,并据此列举了各处理方法下常用的联合处理工艺,以期进一步提高脱水性能,并为后续污泥处置提供更多选择。The continuous increase of urban water consumption leads to the gradual scale expansion of sewage treatment plants,and the output of sludge increases sharply.Sludge from municipal sewage treatment plants not only has high water content,but also enriches a large number of organic pollutants and toxic metals,which can easily cause secondary pollution if improperly treated.Sludge dewatering is a key step to reduce the burden of sludge transportation and disposal.However,the existence of hydrophilic extracellular polymers in sludge makes it difficult for conventional mechanical dewatering to meet the moisture content requirements of subsequent disposal.Based on these,this paper summarized several commonly used sludge pretreatment technologies at home and abroad,including physical pretreatment,chemical pretreatment and biological pretreatment,and introduced the dehydration mechanism,dehydration effect,advantages and disadvantages of each pretreatment technology.Finally,in order to further improve the dewatering performance and provide more options for subsequent sludge disposal,the possible problems of single pretreatment in practical engineering were analyzed,and the common combined treatment processes under various treatment methods were listed.
