摘 要:双氧水在生产过程中往往含有一定量的有机杂质,其会影响其后续使用和下游产品质量。因此,对双氧水的净化提纯至关重要。对此选用了一种商用LSA 5B树脂对双氧水中的有机杂质进行了吸附,N 2吸脱附测试、傅里叶红外光谱、热质量结果佐证了树脂吸附了双氧水中的有机杂质。通过拟一级、拟二级动力学拟合发现,双氧水杂质在树脂上的吸附过程均满足拟二级动力学,为多重因素控制的过程,树脂在35℃时的吸附效果为12.41 mg/g。同时吸附等温线拟合发现树脂的吸附过程符合Langmuir模型,属于单层吸附。最后通过选用不同的再生剂对树脂进行了再生,发现甲醇的再生效果最好,且甲醇5次再生后的吸附量仍能达到初始吸附量的89%。Hydrogen peroxide often contains a certain amount of organic impurities in the production process,and will affect its subsequent use and product quality,so the purification of hydrogen peroxide is very important.A commercial LAS-5B resin was used to adsorb organic impurities in hydrogen peroxide.Results of nitrogen adsorption and desorption,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and thermogravimetry confirmed that the resin did adsorb organic impurities in hydrogen peroxide.It was found that the adsorption process of hydrogen peroxide impurities on the resin satisfied the pseudo second order kinetics,which was controlled by multiple factors,and the adsorption capacity of the resin was 12.41 mg/g at 35℃.At the same time,the adsorption isotherm fitting showed that the adsorption process of the resin conformed to the Langmuir model and belonged to monolayer adsorption.Finally,different regenerants were selected to regenerate the resin,and it was found that the regeneration effect of methanol was the best,and the adsorption capacity of methanol after 5 times regeneration could still reach 89%of the initial adsorption capacity.
