摘 要:由于纤维增强复合材料(FRP)具有轻质、高强、耐腐蚀等优点,近年来在结构工程中得到了广泛的应用。在复合材料桁架中使用多轴向铺层型材可有效提高节点承载力、改善破坏形态,但目前相关研究仍停留在简单板板连接节点的层面。针对这一问题,根据方管桁架桥薄弱位置,采用数值模拟的方法,分析均匀布置、螺栓错配、周围布置3种螺栓排布方案下的K型节点性能,并通过试验对有限元结果进行验证。结果表明:K型节点螺栓群承荷不均匀现象明显,薄弱点位于拼接板与下弦杆连接处。螺栓错配能够有效改善螺栓群应力分配不均,增大第2排螺栓的传力比,从而提高节点的连接效率。周围布置虽然传力不均匀,但整体的连接效率和均匀布置接近,从节省材料和连接空间的角度来看,也是一种可选的节点布置方案。Fiber-reinforced composite(FRP)have been widely used in structural engineering in recent years due to their light weight,high strength,and corrosion resistance.The use of multi-directional pultruded profile in composite trusses can effectively increase the bearing capacity of the joints and improve the failure mode.However,the current research still focuses on the level of simple joints.In response to this problem,based on the weak position of the square tube truss bridge,numerical simulation methods were used to analyze the performance of K-type joints with three bolt arrangements,including uniform arrangement,bolt mismatch,and surrounding arrangement.The finite element results had been verified through experiments.Results showed that the load-bearing phenomenon of the bolt group of the K-type joints was obvious,and the weak joint was located at the connection between the splice plate and the lower chord.Bolt mismatch could effectively improve the stress distribution of the bolt group,increase the transmission ratio of the second row of bolts,and improve the connection efficiency of the joint.Although the surrounding arrangement had uneven force transmission,the overall complete connection efficiency was close to that of uniform arrangement.From the perspective of saving materials and connecting space,it is also an optional bolt arrangement scheme.
