摘　　要：为了降低企业热转移印花的墨水成本和织物的印制色差,本文提出了密度曲线的方法,探讨了密度曲线法、RIP法和最大墨量法对轮廓清晰度、K/S值、色差和ICC特性文件色域大小等方面的影响。结果表明,密度曲线法在打印1 mm线条线宽变化率最低达到3.64%,相比于RIP法和最大墨量法分别降低了17.65%和33.82%;密度曲线法印制同种浓度色块的表观深度也优于其他两种方法;密度曲线法打印的Pantone TSX涤纶色卡相比于企业常用RIP法整体色块的平均色差降低了43.24%;此外密度曲线法生成的ICC的特性文件色域也优于其他两种方法。With the rapid development of digital printing industry,enterprises and customers are increasingly demanding diversified and personalized designs on fabrics.The importance of color management is reflected.In the field of textile digital printing,how to realize the accurate reproduction of color and how to effectively control the color difference are still difficult problems in the industry,and the cost proportion of ink accounts for about 40%of the total production cost of digital printing.The density curve is one of the important factors that affect the accuracy of color reproduction in digital printing.If the ink quantity is set too high,the pattern printed on the heat transfer paper by the digital printing machine will have ink accumulation and overflow;if the ink volume value is set too low,the saturation of the transferred pattern will not meet the customer’s requirements;if the ink volume of different channels is set poorly,it will cause color deviation and color difference during the color matching of the four colors of CMYK.Polyester is used as the printed fabric,and the pattern is transferred by thermal transfer printing.The temperature is set at 210℃,the time is set at 35 s,and the pressure is set at 0.4 MPa.First,we print the color block of the four colors of CMYK with a mass percentage of 0-100%(a mass percentage difference of 5),use the Measure Tool software to measure the color density of each mass percentage gradient color block,and then use the Tangent plug-in in Origin to find the point with the lowest absolute value of the four-color mass percentage slope(indicating that the color density transferred to the fabric will not increase with the increase of the mass percentage),which is the setting value of the single channel ink volume of the four colors of CMYK.Since the Epson SureColor F6280 four-color ink-jet printer is RGB printer,the upper limit of the total ink volume is set to 300.The color blocks printed with RGB mass percentages are transferred to the polyester fabric by thermal transfe
