摘 要:通过二次开模微孔发泡注塑工艺制备不同碳纳米管(CNT)质量含量(0,1%,3%,7%)的聚丙烯(PP)微孔发泡材料。使用旋转流变仪、差示扫描量热仪、扫描电子显微镜和四通道阻抗管声学分析仪分别对不同CNT质量分数的PP/CNT复合发泡材料的流变行为、结晶行为、泡孔结构和隔声性能进行表征。结果表明,添加CNT能够显著提高PP的熔体强度和结晶温度,进而改善PP的可发泡性。隔声测试结果表明:通过提高发泡材料的膨胀倍率,可显著提高发泡样品的隔声性能;当膨胀倍率一定时,CNT的引入可改善泡孔结构,进而提高发泡样品的隔声性能。膨胀倍率为4.5倍,当CNT质量分数为3%时,可得到泡孔尺寸为99.6μm,泡孔密度为3.97×10^(6)个/cm^(3)的发泡材料,其隔声量达到最大为42.0 dB,相较于实心样品增加了109.0%(21.9 dB),相较于同倍率PP发泡材料增加了20.7%(7.2 dB)。CNT含量继续提升至7%,泡孔尺寸虽然下降至59.3μm,但其隔声量基本不变(42.4 dB)。结果表明CNT质量添加量为3%即可得到隔声性能优异的PP/CNT发泡材料。Polypropylene/carbon nanotube(PP/CNT)foams with CNT content of 0,1%,3%,7%were fabricated using coreback foam injection molding(FIM).The rheological behavior,crystallization behavior,cell structure,and sound insulation properties of PP/CNT composite foam with different CNT content were characterized by rotational rheometer,differential scanning calorimeter,scanning electron microscope,and four-microphone impedance tube,respectively.It was found that the introduction of CNT could significantly improve the melt strength and crystallization temperature of PP,leading to the enhancement of the foamability of PP.With the increase of expansion ratio,the sound transmission loss(STL)of all samples increase.When the expansion ratio is fixed,adding CNT could improve the cell structure,and thus improve the STL.When the expansion ratio is set as 4.5-fold,PP/CNT(3%)composite foam with a cell size of 99.6μm and a cell density of 3.97×10^(6)cells/cm^(3)is obtained,and its STL reach the maximum value of 42.0 dB,which is 109.0%higher than that of solid(21.9 dB),and 20.7%that of PP foam with the expansion ratio of 4.5-fold(7.2 dB).With the further increase of CNT content to 7%,the cell size reduce to 59.3μm,but the STL is almost unchanged(42.4 dB).It was indicated that PP/CNT foam show an outstanding sound insolation property by just adding 3wt%CNT.
