摘  要:为优化二氧化硅的表面处理效果,以此提升二氧化硅改善尼龙6 (PA6)力学性能的作用效果,将脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO-9)与γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(KH-550)混合后,形成复合表面处理助剂(CSA),并用其对二氧化硅进行表面处理。通过红外光谱、热失重分析证实了CSA与二氧化硅的化学接枝,进一步通过粒径分布测试及扫描电子显微镜观察确定表面处理后二氧化硅的平均粒径能够达到169 nm,分散均匀度也有所改善。将CSA表面处理后的二氧化硅加入到PA6中,采用共混挤出的方法制备了二氧化硅增强PA6复合材料。通过对复合材料的性能测定,确认CSA处理后的二氧化硅在3%~4%用量下,能够使PA6的拉伸强度最多提升约17%,弯曲强度最多提升约13.9%,冲击强度最多提升约14%,提升效果远比使用等量的纯二氧化硅或仅采用KH-550表面处理的二氧化硅明显。以上特征对于在汽车零部件、电子电器零件等领域应用的尼龙制品性能提升有重要帮助。For enhancing the effect of silica on improving the mechanical properties of nylon 6(PA6) composites by optimizing the efficiency of surface treatment,a complex type surface treatment additive(CSA) by mixing alcohol polyoxyethylene ether(AEO-9) and 3-(trimethoxysilyl) propyl methacrylate(KH-570) was prepared,and was used in the surface treatment of silica. The chemical grafting between silica and CSA was confirmed by using Fourier transform infrared(FTIR) and thermal gravimetric analyzer(TGA). The average particle size of silica treated by CSA was 169 nm. The improvement of silica dispersion after surface treatment was also confirmed by the observation of scanning electron microscope. In this research,silica with CSA surface treatment was used in polyamide 6(PA6),and several PA6 composites reinforced by silica were prepared by melt extrusion. By analyzing several properties of composites,using silica treated by CSA at a dosage of 3%-4% in PA6 composites could increase tensile strength,flexural strength and impact strength by 17%,13.9% and 14% at most respectively. Using silica with CSA surface treatment was more effectively than using silica with KH-570 surface treatment and pure silica in PA6 composites at the same dosage. These features were important for the improvements in the performances of PA6 products used in automobile parts and electrical parts.
