摘 要:为解决高熔体流动速率(MFR)聚丙烯(PP)材料加工过程中,加工成型周期长而引发的翘曲变形大、光学性能差及外观美感性低等技术问题,将氢调法工艺生产的MFR为75~85 g/10 min的PP和不同厂家生产的成核剂采用熔融共混的方法等比例制备了四种高MFR的PP,分别利用激光粒度仪、差示扫描量热法、透光率雾度测定仪、万能试验机等手段,对比分析了不同粒径的α型成核剂对PP的熔融结晶性能、光学性能、力学性能、热收缩性能的影响。结果表明,成核剂的粒径大小对于PP的光学性能、MFR、横向和纵向收缩有一定影响,其中较小粒径及较窄粒径分布的增刚成核剂能得到雾度良好的PP,蓝相成核剂的加入能使PP获得更好的光学性能优良、额外的色素添加对于PP的力学性能没有影响。In order to solve the technical problems of high melt flow rate polypropylene(PP) material processing,such as large wing bend deformation,poor optical properties and low appearance and aesthetic sensitivity caused by long molding cycle,four kinds of high melt flow rate PP were prepared by melt blending method in equal proportion with polypropylene whose melt index was 75-85 g/10 min produced by hydrogen blending process and nucleating agents produced by different manufacturers. The effects of α-type nucleating agents with different particle sizes on the melt crystallization properties,optical properties,mechanical properties and thermal shrinkage properties of PP were compared and analyzed by means of laser particle size analyzer,differential scanning calorimetry,light permeability fog meter and universal testing machine. The results show that the optical properties,melt flow rate,transverse and longitudinal shrinkage of PP are affected by different size of the nucleating agent. The thickening nucleating agent with smaller size and narrower size distribution could obtain PP with good fog. The addition of blue nucleating agent can make PP get better optical properties,and the addition of extra pigment has no effect on the mechanical properties of PP.
