摘　　要：目的:新建薄层鉴别方法,更加全面有效地控制水冬瓜伤科止痛酊的质量。方法:采用薄层色谱法,在原有质量标准的基础上,增加了黄连、姜黄、醋延胡索、栀子四味药材的定性鉴别。结果:黄连、姜黄、醋延胡索、栀子的薄层色谱斑点清晰、专属性强。结论:本研究建立的实验方法操作简单,结果可靠,重复性好,能够更有效地控制该制剂的质量。Objective To built up new TLC identification methods to control the quality of Shuidonggua Shangke Zhitong Ding more effectively and comprehensively.Methods TLC was used for distinguishing the Coptidis rhizoma、Processed Rhizome of Corydalis with Vinegar、Gardeniae fructus and Curcumae longae rhizoma based on the original quality standard in the preparation.Results The TLC spots of Coptidis rhizoma、Corydalis rhizoma、Gardeniae fructus and Curcumae longae rhizoma were clear and specific without interference.Conclusion The test method set up in this study was simple and easy to repeat,the results were trustworthy,which can preferably and effectively control the quality of Shuidonggua Shangke Zhitong Ding.
