喻昌《寓意草》治疗咳嗽验案浅析

摘　　要：喻昌是清初著名医家,开治秋燥之先河,并创制了清燥救肺汤;他主张“先议病后用药”,制定了“议病式”规范医案格式。喻氏治疗咳嗽见解独到,效果显著,他重视咳嗽君相二火及燥气的病因,立有清热润燥以保肺阴、清燥降火以救其肺、清金润肺以滋生化三法治咳嗽。喻昌有关咳嗽医案,详记于《寓意草》中,现就所载三则医案浅析其对咳嗽论治的特点。Yu Chang was a famous doctor in the early Qing Dynasty,who pioneered the treatment of autumn dryness and created Dryness-Clearing Lung-Rescuing Decoction.He advocated“discussing the disease before taking medicine”and formulated the standard medical record format of“discussing the disease”.Yu s treatment of cough is unique,the effect is remarkable,he paid attention to the cause of cough monarch phase two fire and dryness,established the clearing heat and moistening dryness to protect lung Yin,clearing dryness and reducing fire to save lung,clearing and moistening lung to breeding of three rule of law cough.Yu s cough cases are recorded in detail in Yu Yi Cao.This paper analyzes the characteristics of the three cases on the treatment of cough.
