摘　　要：目的:运用Meta分析评价刃针治疗颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:通过检索中国知网(CNKI)、万方、维普(VIP)、Pubmed数据库,筛选出有关刃针治疗颈椎病的相关临床研究,将符合标准的文献进行质量评价后,运用RevMan5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果:通过文献检索,最终纳入29篇文献,3694例患者。Meta分析显示,试验组在提高临床总有效率,减轻疼痛(McGill、VAS),改善颈椎病症状(YT20)、眩晕症状(ESCV),改善颈椎功能(NDI)等方面均优于对照组。结论:刃针治疗颈椎病有效且安全。但由于研究纳入文献质量较低,且患者都是来自单中心的门诊或病区,后续仍需要高质量、多中心的RCT,以保证得到更高质量的证据。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of the blade needle in the treatment of cervical spondylosis(CS)based on meta-analysis.Methods By searching the databases of CNKI,Wanfang,Vip,pubmed,screening out the relevant clinical studies on the treatment of cervical spondylosis(CS)with blade needle the quality evaluation of the literature that meets the standards was carried out,and the Meta analysis was carried out using RevMan5.3 software.Results Through searching the literature,29 articles were finally included,with 3694 patients.Meta-analysis showed that the experimental group was reducing the total clinical effective rate,relieves pain(McGill score,VAS),improved symptoms of cervical spondylosis(YT20),vertigo symptoms(ESCV),and NDI were better than the control group.Conclusion The treatment of cervical vertebral disease by blade needle is effective and safe.However,due to the low quality of literature included in this study,and patients are from single-center outpatient or disease areas,follow-up still needs high-quality,multi-center RCT to ensure higher-quality evidence.
