基于数据挖掘探讨张道宗教授治疗失眠的用药规律

摘　　要：目的:基于数据挖掘探讨张道宗教授治疗失眠的用药规律,总结其用药经验。方法:选取2019年10月1日至2021年9月30日期间初次因失眠就诊于安徽中医药大学第二附属医院(安徽省针灸医院)张道宗教授门诊的患者,收集其中药处方,运用Microsoft Excel 2010进行频数统计、SPSS Statistics 26.0进行聚类分析、SPSS Modeler 18.0中的Apriori算法进行关联规则分析,探寻张道宗教授治疗失眠的用药规律。结果:本次共收录医案86个,涉及152味中药,用药频次≥10次的有30味,其中甘草、首乌藤、酸枣仁、合欢皮用药频次最高;对频次≥10次的29味药(除甘草)进行聚类分析提取出具有强链接关系的药物,较靠前的有首乌藤→酸枣仁出现了73次,首乌藤→合欢皮出现了68次,酸枣仁→合欢皮出现了67次。药物组合关联规则分析中具有代表性的是合欢皮→首乌藤,合欢皮→酸枣仁,酸枣仁→首乌藤。四种药物的分析中支持度较高的有合欢皮→酸枣仁+首乌藤、茯神→茯苓+首乌藤、合欢皮→茯苓+酸枣仁+首乌藤、合欢皮→黄芪+酸枣仁+首乌藤。结论:张道宗教授治疗失眠从心、脾、肾等入手,以安神定志为治疗大法,根据病家的病因、证候等因人施治,力求精准,多有良效。Objective To discuss the drug rule of Professor Zhang Daozong based on data mining and summarize his drug experience.Methods Select from October 1,2019 to September 30,2021 during the first due to insomnia in the second affiliated hospital of Anhui university of Chinese medicine(Anhui acupuncture hospital)professor Zhang Daozong clinic patients,collect drug prescription,using Microsoft Excel2010 frequency statistics,SPSS Statistics 26.0 cluster analysis,Apriori algorithm for association rule analysis,explore professor Zhang Daozong in the treatment of insomnia.Results 86 medical cases,involving 152 TCM medicines and 30 flavors 10 times,including licorice,multiflorum vine,jujube kernel and acacia skin,29 drugs(except licorice),73 times,78 times and 67 times.In the analysis of drug combination association rules,there were wuvine,jujube kernel and jujube seed.In the analysis of three and four drugs,there are jujube kernel,wuvine,poria cocos,poria cocos+jujube kernel,astragalus+jujube kernel+wuvine.Conclusion Professor Zhang Daozong treat insomnia from heart,spleen,kidney,With the calm mind as the general treatment method,according to the cause of the disease,syndrome,due to human treatment,and strive to be accurate,more good results.
