品管圈在提升维持性血液透析患者自我管理能力中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨品管圈在提升维持性血液透析患者自我管理能力中的应用效果。方法:建立品管圈小组,制定活动主题以及活动计划。100例患者分为对照组和观察组,每组各50例患者,对照组患者采用传统健康教育方式,观察组患者实施品管圈活动;比较活动后观察组和对照组患者自我管理能力分值改变情况及品管圈小组成员综合能力的变化情况。结果:(1)在活动后观察组患者自我管理能力的总分与对照组比较有大幅度提升,问卷中4个维度的分值观察组较对照组均提高(P<0.05);(2)品管圈小组成员的综合能力包括和谐程度、沟通配合、凝聚力、责任感、积极性、愉悦感、解决问题能力、品管手法等方面,活动后评分较活动前提高(P<0.05)。结论:开展品管圈活动不仅可以提升血液透析患者自我管理能力,也可以提升护理人员综合能力,有利于提升整体护理质量。Objective:To explore the application effect of quality control circle in improving self-management ability of maintenance hemodialysis patients.Methods:A quality control circle group was established,with activity themes and activity plans formulated.100 patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 50 patients in each group.The patients in the control group adopted traditional health education methods,while the patients in the observation group implemented quality control circle activities.After the activity,the scores of self-management ability of patients in the observation group and the control group and the comprehensive ability of the members of the quality control circle were compared.Results:(1)After the activity,the total score of self-management ability of the patients in the observation group was significantly improved compared with the control group,and the scores of the four dimensions in the questionnaire were all improved in the observation group compared with the control group(P<0.05);(2)The comprehensive abilities of the team members of the quality control circle included the degree of harmony,communication and cooperation,cohesion,sense of responsibility,enthusiasm,sense of pleasure,ability to solve problems,quality control techniques,etc.The score of the members of the quality control circle after the activity is higher than that of the same group before the activity(P<0.05).Conclusion:Carrying out quality control circle activities can not only improve the self-management ability of hemodialysis patients,but also improve the comprehensive ability of nursing staff,which is conducive to improving the overall nursing quality.
