摘 要:构建长三角城市群集成电路产业链协同创新网络,探究网络驱动机制对促进成果转化,提高关键核心技术原始创新能力具有重要意义。研究以长三角城市群集成电路产业链合作专利数据为基础,基于社会网络分析(SNA)方法构建集成电路产业链协同创新网络,采用指数随机图模型(ERGM)探究网络演化驱动机制。结果表明:网络由“单核心”向“多核心”网络结构转变,网络“小世界性”显著,层级性清晰;开放型三角结构对网络演化呈倒“U”型曲线关系;研发主体的中心性、结构洞属性对网络演化具有显著的促进作用;技术距离对网络演化有差异化影响,其中技术多样性与重叠性对网络的影响呈“U”型曲线关系,技术宽度始终呈正向显著,而技术深度则对网络演化无显著的促进作用;网络演化具有显著的组织邻近性特征。constructing the collaborative innovation network of integrated circuit industry chain in Yangtze River Delta Urban Agglomeration and exploring the network driving mechanism are of great significance to promote the transformation of achievements and improve the original innovation ability of key core technologies.Based on the cooperation patent data of the integrated circuit industry chain of the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration,the research constructs the collaborative innovation network of the integrated circuit industry chain based on the social network analysis(SNA)method,and uses the exponential random graph model(ERGM)to explore the driving mechanism of network evolution.The results show that the network structure changes from“single core”to“multi-core”,the“small world”of the network is significant,and the hierarchy is clear;the open triangular structure has an inverted“U”curve relationship with the network evolution;the centrality of R&D subject and the attribute of structural hole can significantly promote the network evolution;technology distance has a differentiated impact on network evolution,the impact of technology diversity and overlap on the network shows a“U”curve relationship,the technology width is always positive and significant,while the technology depth does not significantly promote the network evolution;network evolution has significant characteristics of organizational proximity.
