日本铁路车站地下街商业开发空间形态分析

摘　　要：日本铁路公司将多元化经营的领域扩展到铁路沿线或车站站区的商业综合开发,以铁路运输经营事业为主,以配套多元化经营为辅,提供丰富而优质的铁路相关商业服务,通过高盈利的多元经营平衡低盈利的铁路运营,取得了良好经济效益和社会赞誉。本文结合文献梳理及实地考察,对日本铁路公司的地下街商业开发进行阐述,以期对国内站城融合发展提供借鉴作用。The Japanese railway company has expanded the field of diversified operation to the comprehensive co mmercial development along the railway or in the station area,focusing on the railway transportation business,sup plemented by supporting diversified operation,providing rich and high—quality railway related commercial services,balancing the low profit railway operation through high profit diversified operation,and obtaining good economic b enefits and social praise.Based on literature review and field investigation,this paper expounds the commercial de velopment of underground streets of Japan Railway Corporation,with a view to providing reference for the integrate d development of domestic stations and cities.
