摘 要:通过分析碳中和对建筑行业的建造方式、装配式建筑、绿色建筑、超低能耗建筑等产业的影响,提出了绿色建筑、装配式建筑、超低能耗建筑、商业智能建筑将成为建筑行业推行碳中和的重点领域,总结出提升BIM技术应用、提升建筑能效水平、进行材料革新、建筑施工低碳化、推进可再生能源建筑应用为未来减碳路径,提出碳中和背景下建筑领域市场空间展望,为从事建筑行业的相关人员提供参考。By analyzing the influence of carbon neutralization on the construction mode,prefabricated building,green building,ultra-low energy consumption building and other industries in the building industry,it is proposed that green building,prefabricated building,ultra-low energy consumption building and commercial intelligent building will become the key fields to promote carbon neutralization in the building industry.It concludes that improving the application of BIM technology,improving the level of energy efficiency of buildings,carrying out material innovation,low-carbon construction of buildings and promoting the application of renewable energy buildings are the future path of carbon reduction.It also puts forward the prospect of market space in the construction field under the background of carbon neutrality,which provides reference for the relevant personnel engaged in the construction industry.
