摘  要:以1,4-丁二醇(BDO)、1,5-戊二醇(PDO)、1,6-己二醇(HDO)与碳酸二甲酯(DMC)为原料,以钛酸正丁酯(TBT)为催化剂,通过酯交换反应分别合成了3种新型的聚碳酸酯二元醇(PCDL),将其分别与聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯共聚改性,合成了3种不同的改性聚酯,并对其性能进行了研究。结果表明:采用酯交换法成功制备了3种不同类型的PCDL(C_(4)C_(6)-PCDL、C_(5)C_(6)-PCDL、C_(6)-PCDL),分子量分别为1895 g/mol、1878 g/mol与1905 g/mol,并成功共聚到PET分子链中。相比于普通聚酯,随着3种PCDL的加入,改性聚酯的玻璃化转变温度Tg均出现降低,其中,引入了C_(5)C_(6)-PCDL的改性聚酯玻璃化转变温度从69.6℃降低至52.2℃,质量损失为5%(T5%)时的温度从364.0℃提升到408.9℃,其综合性能最为优异。随着引入PCDL链段长度的增加,改性聚酯的拉伸强度逐渐降低,断裂伸长率逐渐上升。Three types of novel polycarbonate diols (PCDLs) have been synthesized via ester exchange reaction,using 1,4-butanediol (BDO),1,5-pentanediol (PDO),1,6-hexanediol (HDO) and dimethyl carbonate(DMC) as raw materials,with tetrabutyl titanate (TBT) as catalyst.Three different PCDL modified copolyesters have been synthesized by copolymerization with polyethylene terephthalate (PET).The effects of different types of PCDL on the properties of PET are intensively investigated.The results show that three types of PCDL (C_(4)C_(6)-PCDL,C_(5)C_(6)-PCDL and C_(6)-PCDL) are successfully prepared using the transesterification method,whose numberaverage molecular weight are 1895 g/mol,1878 g/mol and 1905 g/mol,respectively;and the PCDL is successfully introduced into the molecular chain of PET.The glass transition temperature (Tg) of the modified polyester decreased with the addition of the PCDL,compared with the ordinary polyester.For example,the Tgof the polyester modified with C_(5)C_(6)-PCDL decrease from 69.6℃to 52.2℃,and the temperature at 5%thermal weightlessness (T5%) improves from 364.0℃to 408.9℃,showing best comprehensive performances;with the increase of the length of introduced PCDL chain segment,the tensile strength of modified polyester decreases and the elongation at break increases gradually.
