摘　　要：针对当前养老面临的严峻形势,文章在明晰养老产业概念的基础上,围绕养老产业融合发展的内在逻辑,并结合江苏省常州市养老产业实际,提出了进一步加快完善顶层制度设计,加大政策法规支持力度;构建养老服务信息智能化,加强产业间信息共享;促进产业合作和技术创新,致力打造业界新品牌;加强专业人才培养,建设高质量养老服务团队;因地制宜优化融合发展模式,打造特色养老产业;抓住政策红利,创新农村健康养老模式等促进健康养老产业融合发展的具体对策。In view of the severe situation facing the pension industry,this article,on the basis of clarifying the connotation of the pension industry,explores the internal logic by examining the current status of the pension industry in Changzhou,Jiangsu Province,and proposes to further accelerate top-level design and woo the support of preferential policies and regulations.speed up the intelligence of elderly care service and facilitate information sharing among industries.Promote cooperation and encourage technological innovation,and strive to build new brands.Strengthen the training of skilled personnel and build a high-quality service team.Optimize the integrated development mode according to local conditions and highlight industry characteristics.Seize the policy dividend,innovate the rural pension mode and other specific suggestions.
