摘　　要：建立老旧小区改造可持续评价体系,是有效推进老旧小区改造工作的关键。本文从建筑本体维护度、设施功能完善度、环境美化出新度、治理机制长效度和社会公众认同度五个维度,选取17个指标构建评价指标体系,基于层次分析法和模糊物元法确定各级指标权重,建立建评价模型,并结合案例进行验证。研究结果表明,该评价体系具有良好的可行性,为老旧小区改造工作提供了理论依据,以期提升城市居住服务质量。A sustainable evaluation system is key to the renovation of old residential complex.In this paper,17 indicators are selected to construct an evaluation index system from five dimensions,namely,the maintenance of buildings,facility function,environmental beautification,the long-term effectiveness of the governance mechanism and public recognition.The weights of indicators at all levels are determined and verified with a case by employing hierarchical analysis and fuzzy matter-element methods.A conclusion can be drawn that the system has good feasibility and provides a theoretical basis for the renovation of old residential complex,with a view to enhancing the quality of urban living.
