论中国共产党以自我革命跳出历史周期率的制度成就

摘　　要：党的二十大报告指出,“经过不懈努力,党找到了自我革命这一跳出治乱兴衰历史周期率的第二个答案”^([1])。百年以来,党始终坚持自我革命。制度是党自我革命过程中一个十分关键的要素,在其中处于基础性和保障性地位,贯穿于党自我革命的全过程、各方面和各环节,也是党勇于自我革命的具体体现。深刻回顾和总结百年以来党以自我革命跳出历史周期率的制度成就,是在新时代新征程上把党的自我革命推向深入、全面建设社会主义现代化国家的必然要求。从历史纵向上来看,党以自我革命取得了打破中国古代封建王朝更替规律的制度成就;从中西横向比较来看,党以自我革命取得了突破西方国家形式主义监督困境的制度成就;从马克思主义执政党本身来看,党以自我革命取得了把自己打造成为马克思主义政党长期执政样板的制度成就。It is written in the report of the Party’s Twenty National Congress that through painstaking efforts,the Party has found a second answer to the question of how to escape the historical cycle of rise and fall:The answer is self-revolution.Over the past century,the Party has always been committed to self-revolution.Institution is a key element in the process of the Party’s self-revolution,and plays a fundamental and supportive role in the process.Institution runs through the whole process,all aspects and links of the Party’s self-revolution.Institution is also the embodiment of the Party’s courage to revolutionize itself.A thorough review and summary of the Party’s institutional achievements in escaping the historical cycle of rise and fall by self-revolution over the past 100 years is an inevitable requirement for carrying the Party’s self-revolution forward to the in-depth and comprehensive construction of a modern socialist country on the new journey in the new era.From the perspective of historical vertical,the Party has achieved the institutional achievement of breaking the law of the replacement of feudal dynasties in ancient China by self-revolution.From the horizontal comparison between China and the West,the Party has made the institutional achievement through self-revolution to break through the predicament of Western countries’formalism supervision.From the perspective of the Marxist ruling party itself,the Party has achieved the institutional achievement of building itself into the long-term governing model of Marxist parties through self-revolution.
