摘  要:采用焊丝ERNiCrMo-3及ERNiCrMo-4分别对Hastelloy C276合金与S30403不锈钢进行TIG焊接,通过显微组织、力学性能、晶间腐蚀等试验,对焊接接头组织及性能进行研究。结果表明,接头抗拉强度均合格,同时接头弯曲试样无裂纹产生。ERNiCrMo-3的焊缝金属组织为等轴树枝晶,而ERNiCrMo-4的焊缝金属为等轴树枝晶+柱状树枝晶组织,同时焊缝两侧均存在宽度不一的部分熔化区。与ERNiCrMo-3焊接的接头相比,ERNiCrMo-4焊接的接头最高硬度值低20HV左右,同时焊缝耐晶间腐蚀的能力较强。TIG welding was used to weld Hastelloy C276 alloy and S30403 stainless steel using welding wire ERNiCrMo-3 and ERNiCrMo-4 respectively, and the microstructure and properties of welded joints were studied through microstructure, mechanical properties and intergranular corrosion experiments.The results show that the tensile strength of the joints is acceptable, and there is no crack in the bending samples.The weld metal microstructure of ERNiCrMo-3 is equiaxed dendrites, while the weld metal microstructure of ERNiCrMo-4 is equiaxed dendrites+columnar dendrites, and there are partial melting zones of different widths on both sides of the weld.Compared with the joint welded by ERNiCrMo-3,the highest hardness value of the joint welded by ERNiCrMo-4 is 20HV higher, and the intergranular corrosion resistance of the weld is stronger.
