摘　　要：外周T细胞淋巴瘤是起源于淋巴造血系统的恶性肿瘤,具有高度侵袭性、病程进展快、预后较差等特点。化疗是目前治疗该疾病的重要手段。外周T细胞淋巴瘤细胞对化疗耐药是影响相关治疗疗效的主要因素。本文针对目前外周T细胞淋巴瘤化疗耐药的分子诊断及复发耐药后的治疗方案进行综述。Peripheral T-cell lymphoma is a malignant tumor originating from the lymphohematopoietic system.It is characterized by high invasiveness,rapid progression and poor prognosis.Chemotherapy is an important means to treat this disease.The resistance of peripheral T cell lymphoma cells to chemotherapy is the main factor affecting the therapeutic effect.This article reviews the molecular diagnosis of chemotherapy resistance in peripheral T cell lymph oma and the treatment options after relapse of drug resistance.
