摘 要:目的:研究非剥脱点阵激光治疗对色素性皮肤病患者皮下组织微循环结构及皮肤屏障功能的影响。方法:以色素性皮肤病患者100例为研究对象,收治时间为2019年12月至2020年12月。给予患者非剥脱点阵激光治疗,分析对比治疗前后面部皮损、皮肤质量的改善情况及皮肤屏障功能,采用经皮组织氧饱和度测定仪测定患者面部皮肤的血氧饱和度,判断皮下组织微循环结构,治疗完毕后对患者进行随访,了解其病情的复发率。结果:在100例患者中,治疗后面部皮损消退90例,面部皮损消退率达90.00%。治疗后90 d,100例患者的面部红斑、肿胀、结痂、脱屑、色素沉着评分均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,100例患者的氧合血红蛋白(O2Hb)、还原血红蛋白(Hb)水平均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,100例患者的皮肤pH值和a值均低于治疗前,角质层含水量高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后对100例患者进行半年的随访,发现其中有10例患者病情复发,病情复发率为10.00%。结论:非剥脱点阵激光治疗对色素性皮肤病患者的皮下组织微循环结构和皮肤屏障功能均有改善作用。Objective:To investigate the effects of non-exfoliating lattice laser therapy on subcutaneous microcirculation structure and skin barrier function in patients with pigmented skin diseases.Methods:A total of 100 patients with pigmented dermatosis were selected as subjects,and the admission period was from December 2019 to December 2020.The patients were given non-stripping lattice laser treatment,and the improvement of facial lesions,skin quality and skin barrier function before and after treatment were analyzed and compared.The blood oxygen saturation of the patients’facial skin was measured by percutaneous tissue oxygen saturation apparatus,and the microcirculation structure of the subcutaneous tissue was determined.After treatment,the patients were followed up to understand the recurrence rate of the disease.Results:In 100 patients,90 cases of facial lesions subsided after treatment,the rate of facial lesions subsided 90.00%.At 90 days after treatment,the facial erythema,swelling,scab,desorption and pigmentation scores of 100 patients were all lower than before treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of oxygenated hemoglobin(O2Hb)and reduced hemoglobin(Hb)in 100 patients were lower than before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the skin pH value and a value of 100 patients were lower than before treatment,and the water content of cuticle was higher than before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,100 patients were followed up for half a year.It was found that 10 patients had relapse,and the recurrence rate was 10.00%.Conclusion:Nonexfoliating lattice laser therapy can improve the subcutaneous microcirculation structure and skin barrier function in patients with pigmentary dermatosis.
