摘　　要：吴康衡教授博取古方并结合多年临床经验,在治疗高尿酸血症方面独辟蹊径,取得显著效果。吴康衡教授认为,痛风的发生主要是由于先天体质偏颇、肝脾肾的运化升降功能失调,后天长期饮食不节,当遇到风寒湿邪、热毒等因素时,导致痰瘀积热流注于肢体关节,出现关节红肿热痛、活动受限等症状。其基于本病病因病机的发展,确立特色治疗方法,并使用“三金汤合鸡鸣散加减”治之,临床效果显著。Professor Wu Kangheng has developed a new way in the treatment of hyperuricemia and achieved remarkable results by learning ancient prescriptions and combining with many years of clinical experience.Professor Wu Kangheng believes that the occurrence of gout is mainly due to the congenital bias,the dysfunction of the movement and lifting of the liver,spleen and kidney,and the acquired long-term improper diet.When the factors such as wind,cold and dam pness,heat toxicity and so on are encountered,phlegm stasis and heat flow into the limb joints,resulting in symptoms such as joint redness,swelling,heat pain and restricted activity.Based on the development of etiology and pathogenesis of the disease,the characteristic treatment method was established,and the use of“Sanjin decoction combined with Jiming powder plus or minus”treatment,the clinical effect is remarkable.
