吸附破伤风疫苗发生AEFI的病例报告分析

摘　　要：目的:研究分析吸附破伤风疫苗发生预防接种不良事件(AEFI)的相关因素及安全性。方法:对2017年2月至2022年3月31日出库的吸附破伤风疫苗5004603支以及发生AEFI的194例患者的相关资料进行回顾性分析,包括发生AEFI的临床表现、年龄、性别及联合使用其他疫苗等情况。结果:在194例接种吸附破伤风疫苗后发生AEFI的患者中,发生一般反应的患者有172例,发生异常反应的患者有14例,发生偶合症的患者有5例,发生心因性反应的患者有3例;在各年龄段人群中,31~50岁人群接种吸附破伤风疫苗后发生AEFI的比率最高,达27.32%。194例患者中,119例痊愈,61例好转,1例上报时处于治疗中,13例不详(1例偶合症,12例一般反应)。结论:吸附破伤风疫苗安全有效,发生的AEFI多为一般反应,无需特殊处理,但同时联合接种其他疫苗可增加AEFI的发生率。Objective:To study and analyze the related factors and safety of adverse events(AEFI)of adsorbed tetanus vaccine.Methods:From February 2017 to March 31,2022,data of 5004603 pieces of absorbed tetanus vaccine and 194 patients with AEFI were retrospectively analyzed,including clinical manifestations,age,gender and the com bination of other vaccines with AEFI.Results:Among 194 patients with AEFI after inoculation with adsorbent tetanus vaccine,172 patients had general reaction,14 patients had abnormal reaction,5 patients had coupling disease,and 3 patients had psychogenic reaction.Among all age groups,the incidence of AEFI was the highest in the 31-50 year old group after inoculation with adsorbed tetanus vaccine(27.32%).Of the 194 patients,119 recovered,61 improved,1 was under treatment at the time of report,and 13 were unknown(1 was associated,12 had general reaction).Conclusions:Adsorbed tetanus vaccine is safe and effective,and most AEFI reactions occur in general without special treatment.However,the incidence of AEFI can be increased by combining with other vacc ines.
