摘  要:采用坩埚下降法,生长了体积为4 L的大尺寸NaI(Tl)晶体。对晶体进行X射线粉末衍射、紫外可见近红外透射光谱测试,结果表明,生长的晶体具有单一的物相,在600~1600 nm的透过率高于75%。电感耦合等离子体发射光谱测试结果表明,晶体中的Tl离子浓度从头部到尾部逐渐增加。经过锻压、切割、打磨、抛光、封装等工序将NaI(Tl)晶体毛坯制成100 mm×50 mm×400 mm的方形晶体。闪烁性能测试结果表明,在^(137)Cs放射源激发下,晶体的平均能量分辨率为7.9%,不同位置的相对光输出和能量分辨率存在一定差异。A large NaI(Tl)crystal with a volume of 4 L was grown by Bridgman method.The crystal was tested by X-ray powder diffraction and UV-Visible near-infrared transmission spectroscopy.The results show that the crystal has a single phase and the transmittance is higher than 75%at 600~1600 nm.The results of inductively coupled plasma emission spectroscopy show that the concentration of Tl ions in the crystal gradually increases from head to tail.After forging,cutting,grinding,polishing and packaging,NaI(Tl)crystal blank was made into square crystal with 100 mm×50 mm×400 mm.The scintillation property measurement shows that the average energy resolution of crystal is 7.9%under the excitation of^(137)Cs radioactive source,and the relative light output and energy resolution at different locations are different.
