摘　　要：手传振动作业广泛存在,其所致手臂振动病较难治愈,严重影响患者健康和生活质量。围绕手传振动及其职业健康危害防控,本文从手传振动的健康危害现状、手传振动的健康影响、手传振动及其健康影响的监测、手臂振动病的诊断与治疗以及手传振动健康危害的防控等方面,阐述了手传振动与职业健康相关研究的进展,并对手传振动职业病危害防治的进一步研究等进行了展望。The hand-arm vibration disease due to widespread hand-transmitted vibration operations is difficult to cure and seriously affects the health and quality of life of patients.Focusing on the prevention and control of hand-transmitted vibration and its occupational hazards,advances in occupational health relevant to hand-transmitted vibration were reviewed from the aspects of occupational hazard status,health impact,exposure monitoring,prevention and control of handtransmitted vibration,as well as health surveillance,diagnosis,and treatment of hand-arm vibration disease.In addition,further suggestions on prevention and control of occupational hazards related with hand-transmitted vibration were prospected.
