摘  要:针对选择性催化还原(SCR)系统在全回转拖船上的初次使用,以5884 kW全回转拖船为研究对象,在其狭小的机舱空间内集成SCR系统,并在主机6种负荷下,实测使用SCR系统前后,废气中氮氧化物NO_(X)排放量,以验证系统的运行效果。结果表明:SCR系统降低氮氧化物NO_(X)排放量效果显著,降低了70%以上,提高了柴油机废气的排放质量;氨气逃逸量未超过10 mg/L,达到船级社规范要求,满足用户的需求,为在全回转拖船上推广提供了经验积累。For the first use of the selective catalytic reduction( SCR) system on the Z-propeller tug,the 5 884 k W Z-propeller tug is taken as the research object,and the SCR system is integrated into its narrow engine room space. Then the NOx emissions in the exhaust gas before and after the use of the SCR system are measured under six loads of the main engine to verify the operation effect of the system. The results show that the SCR system significantly reduces NOx emissions,reducing more than 70%,which improves the emission quality of diesel exhaust. The escape amount of ammonia gas does not exceed 10 mg/L,which meets the requirements of the classification society,meets the needs of users,and provides experience accumulation for the promotion of the Z-propeller tug.
