摘 要:珠江三角洲水资源配置工程自西江取水,经加压输送至广州南沙区、东莞和深圳,是优化配置珠江三角洲东、西部水资源的大型跨区域调水工程。主要对珠江三角洲水资源配置工程输水和交水方式,受水区原水和给水系统现状与规划、用水需求分布、水质污染风险,以及咸水线上溯对区域取水的影响等方面进行分析,从给水工程角度对输水线路和输水方式进行思考,并提出基于东、西江联供的深层隧洞自流输水方案。在保障工程目标的前提下,可更好地与受水区城市原水及给水系统衔接,且可缓解因西江干流取水导致盐水线进一步上移对下游城市取水的影响。The Pearl River Delta water resources allocation project draws water from the Xijiang River and transports it to Nansha District of Guangzhou, Dongguan and Shenzhen under pressure, which is a large-scale cross-regional water transfer project to optimize the allocation of water resources in the east and west of the Pearl River Delta. For the project of the allocation of water resources in the Pearl River Delta, we analyzed the following aspects: the current situation and planning of the raw water supply system in the water-affected area, the distribution of water demand, the risk of water pollution, and the impact of the salt water line on regional water collection. On this basis, from the perspective of water supply engineering, this paper introspected the water supply line and water transmission mode, and proposed the scheme of gravity water transmission in deep tunnel, which is based on the combined supply of East and West rivers. While ensuring the project objectives, the scheme can better connect the urban raw water in the water receiving area with the water supply system. The scheme can prevent the movement of salt water line, which is caused by water intake in the main stream of West River, and can also reduce the negative impacts on water intake in downstream cities.
