摘  要:为解决无人机等移动目标领域的微波无线传能问题,文章设计了一种适用于微波无线能量传输系统中的10 GHz轻薄微波整流天线。该天线为线极化微带天线,天线印刷制作于厚度为0.254 mm(约0.008λ_(0),其中λ_(0)为天线工作波长)的介质基板上,整流电路采用MA4E1317肖特基二极管作为整流器件,并且通过导电过孔与天线金属地相连接。该天线尺寸为117 mm×117 mm×0.254 mm。加工测试了整流天线样品,测试结果表明,该整流天线在天线接收功率为16 dBm时,整流效率达到62%。In the thesis,in order to solve the problem of microwave wireless energy transmission in the field of mobile targets such as UAV,a 10 GHz thin microwave rectifying antenna suitable for microwave wireless energy transmission system is designed.The antenna is a linearly polarized microstrip antenna,and the antenna is printed on a dielectric substrate with a thickness of 0.254 mm(about 0.008λ0,where the antenna works at the wavelength).The rectifier circuit uses MA4E1317 Schottky diode as the rectifier device,and is connected with the antenna metal ground through conductive vias.The antenna size is 117 mm×117 mm×0.254 mm.The sample of the rectenna is processed and tested.The test results show that the rectifying efficiency of the rectifying antenna reaches 62%when the antenna receiving power is 16 dBm.
