摘　　要：以语义技术为出发点分析语义技术在数字教育资源开发利用中的现状及应用价值,归纳基于教育资源的语义描述、外部资源链接、教育知识图谱构建的语义技术实践路径,从时空两个维度构建面向数字教育用户的智慧教育知识服务场景,并总结数字教育出版领域面临的语义技术应用的挑战与对策。This paper analyzes the current situation and application of semantic technology in the development and utilization of digital education resources.The semantic technology practice path based on the semantic description of educational resources,link of external resources and educational knowledge graph is summarized.The smart education knowledge service scenario for digital education users is constructed from two dimensions of time and space,and the challenges and countermeasures of semantic technology application in digital education publishing field are summarized.
