摘　　要：目的对个体水平引产病耻感量表进行汉化,并检验其信度和效度。方法遵循美国矫形外科医师学会循证医学委员会推荐的量表跨文化调试指南对个体水平引产病耻感量表进行汉化,经文化调试后形成中文版个体水平引产病耻感量表。2020年7月—12月,使用该量表对469例胎儿畸形引产女性进行问卷调查并评价其信效度。结果中文版个体水平引产病耻感量表与原量表结构完全一致,探索性因子分析结果显示:共提取出4个公因子,累计方差贡献率78.667%;验证性因子分析结果显示:卡方自由度比值为1.794,渐进残差均方和平方根为0.058,规范拟合指数为0.915,递增拟合指数为0.961,塔克-刘易斯指数为0.954,比较拟合指数为0.960。量表各条目水平内容效度指数为0.833~1.000,全体一致量表水平内容效度指数为0.900,平均量表水平内容效度指数为0.983。总量表的Cronbach's α系数为0.942,分半信度为0.841,重测信度为0.960。结论中文版个体水平引产病耻感量表具有良好的信度和效度,可作为我国引产女性病耻感水平的评估工具。Objective To introduce the Individual Level Abortion Stigma Scale to China,and test its reliability and validity.Methods Following the cross-cultural adjustment guidelines for scales recommended by the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons Evidence Based Medicine Committee,we translate and form the Chinese version of the Individual Level Abortion Stigma Scale.The reliability and validity of the questionnaire were evaluated from July to December 2020 in 469 women with a history of an abortion after diagnosis of fetal anomaly.Results The Chinese version of the Individual Level Abortion Stigma Scale was completely consistent with the original scale.The exploratory factor analysis results show that a total of four common factors have been extracted,and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 78.667%.The confirmatory factor analysis results show the chi-square degree of freedom ratio(χ^(2)/df)was 1.794,root mean square error of approximation(RMSEA)was 0.058,normed fit index(NFI)was 0.915,incremental fit index(IFI)was 0.961,Tucker-Lewis Index(TLI)was 0.954 and the comparative fit index(CFI)was 0.960.The item-level content validity index(I-CVI)of each item ranged from 0.833 to 1.000.The scale-level content validity index/universal agreement(S-CVI/UA)was 0.900,and the scale-level content validity index/average(S-CVI/Ave)was 0.983.The total Cronbach's α coefficient of the scale was 0.942,the split-half reliability was 0.841,and the test-retest reliability was 0.960.Conclusion The Chinese version of the Individual Level Abortion Stigma Scale has good reliability and validity,and can be used as a tool for assessing the level of stigma in women who have had an abortion in China.
