摘  要:采用示差扫描量热仪(DSC)建立了Ti_(100-x)Ni_(x)(x=40~70)形状记忆合金的Ni含量-时效工艺-DSC曲线关系图、Ni含量-时效工艺-相变类型关系图、Ni含量-时效工艺-相变温度关系图、Ni含量-时效工艺-相变热滞关系图、Ni含量-时效工艺-相变潜热关系图。利用这些图能解决两类问题:当TiNi形状记忆合金的Ni含量、时效温度和时效时间已知时,可预测该合金的DSC曲线、相变类型、相变温度、相变热滞和相变潜热;当期望TiNi形状记忆合金具有某个DSC曲线、相变类型、相变温度、相变热滞或相变潜热时,可设计该合金的Ni含量、时效温度和时效时间。Using the differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),the relationship diagrams of Ni content-aging process-DSC curve,Ni content-aging process-phase transformation type,Ni content-aging process-phase transformation temperature,Ni content-aging process-phase transformation temperature hysteresis and Ni content-aging process-phase transformation latent heat of Ti_(100-x)Ni_(x)(x=40-70)(atomic percentage)shape memory alloys were established.Using these diagrams,two kinds of problems can be solved:when the Ni content,aging temperature and aging time of the TiNi shape memory alloys are known,the DSC curve,phase transformation type,phase transformation temperature,phase transformation temperature hysteresis and phase transformation latent heat of the alloy can be predicted;when the TiNi shape memory alloys are expected to have a certain DSC curve,phase transformation type,phase transformation temperature,and phase transformation temperature hysteresis or phase transformation latent heat,the Ni content,aging temperature and aging time of the alloys can be designed.
