摘 要:采用慢速应变速率应力腐蚀试验研究了高盐环境对IN740H镍基高温合金应力腐蚀行为的影响。结果表明:在近中性3 mol/L NaCl溶液和酸性2.5 mol/L NaCl+0.5 mol/L HCl溶液中,IN740H镍基高温合金的应力腐蚀敏感性系数均小于25%,没有发生应力腐蚀,仅存在一定的应力腐蚀断裂倾向;合金在酸性2.5 mol/L NaCl+0.5 mol/L HCl溶液中表现出最高的应力腐蚀敏感性,并且慢应变速率拉伸(SSRT)断口表现为脆性和韧性断裂的混合断裂方式,说明IN740H镍基高温合金在高盐环境下仍有较好的抗应力腐蚀性能。Effect of high salt environment on stress corrosion behavior of IN740H nickel-base superalloy was studied by slow strain rate stress corrosion test.The results show that in the near neutral 3 mol/L NaCl solution and the acidic 2.5 mol/L NaCl+0.5 mol/L HCl solution,the stress corrosion sensitivity coefficients of the IN740H nickel-base superalloy are less than 25%,no stress corrosion occurs,and only a certain stress corrosion fracture tendency exists.The alloy shows the highest stress corrosion sensitivity in acidic 2.5 mol/L NaCl+0.5 mol/L HCl solution,and the slow strain rate tensile(SSRT)fracture shows a mixed mode of brittle and ductile fracture,indicating that the IN740H nickel-base superalloy still has good stress corrosion resistance in high salt environment.
