摘 要:采用单辊快淬法制备两种不同B含量的Fe_(90-x)Nb_(8)Zr_(2)B_(x)(x=10,20)非晶合金,在各自晶化峰值温度进行1 h的等温热处理得到相应的纳米晶合金。利用同步热分析仪(STA)、透射电镜(TEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)和振动样品磁强计(VSM)等研究了两种合金的热行为、结构及磁性能,并进行对比分析。结果表明:两种合金快淬态时均处于完全非晶态,两种非晶合金的差示扫描量热(DSC)曲线存在较大差别,低B含量的合金中没有观察到过冷液相区,而在高B含量的合金中观察到过冷液相区。两种合金具有明显不同的晶化过程,低B含量合金的晶化过程分为3个阶段,高B含量合金的晶化过程分为两个阶段。Fe_(80)Nb_(8)Zr_(2)B_(10)合金在晶化的第二个阶段获得相对较好的软磁性能。Fe_(70)Nb_(8)Zr_(2)B_(20)合金在晶化的第一个阶段获得相对较好的软磁性能。Two kinds of Fe_(90-x)Nb_(8)Zr_(2)B_(x)(x=10,20)amorphous alloys with different B content were prepared by a single roller melt-spinning method,and then isothermal heat treatment was carried out at their respective crystallization peak temperature for 1 h to obtain the corresponding nanocrystalline alloys.The thermal behavior,structure and magnetic properties of the two alloys were investigated by means of simultaneous thermal analyzer(STA),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),X-ray diffractometer(XRD)and vibrating sample magnetometer(VSM),and the results were compared and analyzed.The results show that the two quenched alloys are in a complete amorphous state,and the differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)curves of the two amorphous alloys are quite different.The supercooled liquid phase region is not observed in the alloys with low B content,but is observed in the alloys with high B content.The two alloys have obviously different crystallization processes.The crystallization process of low B content alloy is divided into three stages,and that of high B content alloy is divided into two stages.The Fe_(80)Nb_(8)Zr_(2)B_(10)alloy has relatively good soft magnetic properties in the second stage of crystallization,and the Fe_(70)Nb_(8)Zr_(2)B_(20)alloy has relatively good soft magnetic properties in the first stage of crystallization.
