摘 要:分析了HRB500E微合金化高强度钢筋中钒的氮化物、碳化物和碳氮化物分别在液相、凝固过程、奥氏体以及铁素体相中的析出热力学条件,并研究了它们在实验钢连铸或热处理过程中的析出规律。结果表明:实验钢中,钒的碳化物和氮化物在钢液中不析出。碳氮化钒(VC_(x)N_(1-x))中的x值随温度降低而增大,即在高温平衡条件下析出富氮的碳氮化物,在全固溶温度1450 K下析出物为VC_(0.03)N_(0.97)。VN在1176~1448 K温度区间内在奥氏体相中析出,温度低于1176 K时,主要析出物为碳化钒或碳氮化钒。实验钢铁素体相中也观察到有钒的化合物析出,呈椭圆形,析出规律与热力学分析结果基本吻合。The precipitation thermodynamic conditions of vanadium nitride,vanadium carbide and vanadium carbonitride in the liquid phase,solidification process,austenite and ferrite phase in HRB500E microalloyed high-strength steel bars were analyzed,and their precipitation laws in the continuous casting or heat treatment process of the experimental steel were studied.The results show that in the experimental steel,the carbides and nitrides of vanadium do not precipitate in the molten steel.In vanadium carbonitride(VC_(x)N_(1-x)),the value of x increases with the decrease of temperature,that is,nitrogen rich carbonitride is precipitated under the high temperature equilibrium condition,and the precipitate is VC_(0.03)N_(0.97)at the complete solution temperature of 1450 K.VN precipitates in austenite phase in the temperature range of 1176-1448 K.When the temperature is lower than 1176 K,the main precipitates are vanadium carbide or vanadium carbonitride.Vanadium compounds are also observed in the ferrite phase of the experimental steel,which is elliptical,and the precipitation law is basically consistent with the thermodynamic analysis results.
