摘　　要：结合安徽阜阳万达广场4号楼(五星级酒店)结构工程实例,论文分别从建筑体型分析、针对性结构抗震概念设计、数值模拟抗震验算等方面阐述了超限高层建筑的结构设计思路及方法,从而取得安全、适用的设计成果。Combined with the structural engineering example of Anhui Fuyang Wanda Plaza Building 4(five-star hotel), this paper expounds the structural design ideas and methods of the over-limit high-rise building from the aspects of building shape analysis, the concept design of targeted structure and the seismic numerical simulation checking calculation, so as to obtain the safe and suitable design results.
