综合保税区建筑设计要点探析——以西安阎良航空基地综合保税区为例

摘　　要：截至2020年,我国已经建成并运营的综合保税区有150多个,其中,在陕西有6个综合保税区已经建成并运营。论文根据海关有关综合保税区建设的要求,结合西安阎良航空基地综合保税区建设过程,探讨了综合保税区设计要素,总结了海关监管设施的设计要点。By 2020, China has built and operated more than 150 comprehensive bonded zones, of which six in Shaanxi have been built and operated. According to the requirements of the customs on the construction of the comprehensive bonded area, combining with the construction process of the comprehensive bonded area of Xi’an Yanliang Aviation Base, this paper discusses the design elements of the comprehensive bonded area and summarizes the key points of the design of customs supervision facilities.
